As a show of support for victims of Domestic Violence, nearly 100 City of Muncie employees gathered at City Hall on October 12, 2009. This event is to acknowledge October as "Domestic Violence Awareness" month and to show Muncie takes a united stand in the fight to raise community awareness regarding the plight of victims of Domestic Violence.
